* Refund/Exchange is made on items complained about within first 72hrs
* No Refund/Exchange on Boxed Fragrances
* Reason for Refund/Exchange must be clearly stated
* There will not be refund or exchange for the reason “Changed my mind” or “Undelivered”
* Client bears all refund/exchange delivery fee except in case of a mixed up order.

All returns must be shipped back to maidsscents.com using a trackable courier(UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
